Pay attention, that final decision regarding your visa application is made by a Ukrainian consulate in your country — so it’s your responsibility to provide all additional documents required. We can send copies of the documents to a consulate, but we do not deal with the consulate on your behalf.

Legal base

The procedure for issuing visas for entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory is regulated by: - Law of Ukraine "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons" of September 22, 2011; - Rules for issuing visas for entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 118 of March 1, 2017; - Procedure for confirmation of sufficient financial support of foreigners and stateless persons for entry into Ukraine, stay in Ukraine, transit through Ukraine and departure of its borders and determination of the amount of such security, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 4, 2013 No. 884; - Instruction on the procedure for the issuance of visas to foreigners and stateless persons for entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory, approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine dated July 26, 2011, No. 196.
